    for instructions on where to get the supplies, etc. I had a carpenter help me with grooving the oak shelf with a router. The other supplies were quite cheap, except for the monitor support arm from icwusa.com, which was about 340 dollars, as I recall.

    I like the True treadmill. It is very high end, although the motor does tend to strain a bit at very slow walking speeds (0.5 mph). So I try to walk at around 1.5 mph.

    Not sure if the shelf is too high. See my comments on the above link with regard to shoulder strain and how to avoid it.
